These cooking/roasting instructions are for whole unshelled Nevada type pine nuts ONLY! 
Cooking/roasting Instructions
OVEN: 
Place nuts on cookie sheet. 
Cook ten minutes at 350 F.
To add salt (Read before roasting pine nuts) :
Simply get the amount of salt you want, add a small amount of water to it (only do this for large amounts of salt) to make the salt stick to the pine nuts, this will give the pine nuts more of a salty flavor. 
*Mix salt with pine nuts in bowl before placing on cookie sheet! 
Note:  After a few minutes they will begin pop, when this happens it means that you have to move them around a bit so that they do not burn. 
Since everyone likes to roast them to a certain crispiness of their own taste, you should sample them every once in a while, while they are roasting so that you get them at your exact crisp likeness.
 
MICROWAVE:
Place 1/4 cups of nuts in a paper bag with the end closed. 
Cook one minute.
